For more than a decade, Kai's Virgin Vapor has invested heavily in laboratory testing, analytical chemistry, and ingredient research.

Our company was only a few years old when we plunked down over $50,000 to purchase our own gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) machine. We also hired a full time PhD chemist to operate it. Our GC-MS enabled us to look deep into the chemical composition of any vape juice ingredient, identifying compounds of concern when it comes to inhalation safety.

Over the years, we have conducted thousands of laboratory analyses on flavorings, ingredients, and finished e-liquids. Ingredients that failed to meet our standards were rejected. Ingredients that consistently produced cleaner laboratory results became the foundation of our formulations.

Rather than simply testing products after they were created, we used laboratory data to guide formulation decisions from the beginning.

The result is a collection of e-liquids built around a simple philosophy: use the cleanest ingredients we can find and let laboratory data guide our decisions.

Many of our flavors now show extremely low—or even non-detectable—levels of Harmful and Potentially Harmful Constituents (HPHCs) in laboratory testing.

We are minimalists when it comes to our vape juice ingredients. Have you ever wondered why your bubble gum flavored e-liquid is hot pink? Or what makes a caramel-flavored vape juice sweet? Back in 2010, contemplating those questions is what led to the creation of Kai’s Virgin Vapor. When it comes to vape juice ingredients, if it doesn’t have to or shouldn’t be in there, we don’t include it. 

Artificial colors are in many vape liquids and they serve absolutely no purpose except to entice the user. Since many artificial colors have never been extensively tested for inhalation safety, we don’t think that’s worth it. You will never find artificial colors in any Kai's Virgin Vapor e-liquids.

Likewise, artificial sweeteners just don’t have an inhalation safety profile that we feel comfortable with. Not only do we leave out artificial sweeteners, we do not add any type of sweeteners to our e-liquids at all. We let the natural flavor and sweetness of the real fruits, flowers, and coffee beans that our flavors are extracted from shine through instead.

We use only USDA certified organic and natural flavors in our e-liquids. The result is a lineup of vape flavors that taste like nature intended.
