We have reached a final decision on which flavors we will try to take through the FDA's PMTA process and, hopefully, be able to continue to carry after the Vapocalypse on September 9th. The decision process was painful and difficult but the good news is that we are going to try to keep more flavors than we originally anticipated.
Keep in mind that there is no guarantee that our PMTA will be successful. We are a small company and the FDA's PMTA requirements are really more tailored to a major corporation with deep pockets. We are doing are absolute best to submit a good faith PMTA that we believe the FDA will accept but there are many unknowns.
With that in mind, here is the final list of flavors we hope to be able to continue to carry after September 9th:
All other flavors will disappear on September 9th. If your favorite flavor is not on the list, we are truly sorry! We just could not afford to save all of our wonderful flavors.
Please keep us in your prayers! We are working 16 to 18 hour days, 7 days a week, between now and the PMTA deadline. We are giving it our all but it is going to be a race to the finish!
Also, we ask for your patience during these remaining 7 weeks. Because the future of our company hangs in the balance, we are necessarily having to prioritize PMTA completion with all hands on deck and customer service response times are slower than usual. We ask for your patience during this extremely challenging and stressful time! If you've been a customer for a while, you know we will take good care of you, it just may take us a couple extra days!
